Title says most of it, only things I'd like to note are:

1. What used to happen was when I'd turn it on, it would turn on, then off, then on again in some PSU self test. That does not happen anymore.

2. My specs are:
MSI MAG FORGE M100R case
Asus PRIME B450-Plus MOBO
Ryzen 5 3500x CPU
Standard AMD CPU Cooler
UpHere 4 Socket PWM Fan Controller
2x Corsair VENGEANCE LPX DDR4 2666MHz 8GB RAM
2x Corsair VENGEANCE LPX DDR4 2666MHz 16GB RAM (Totalling 24GB)
Intel Arc A750 GPU
Crucial P3 M.2 2TB SSD
Crucial P2 M.2 1TB SSD (connected to NVME to PCIe adapter)
PCIe WiFi card that came with the thing 3 years ago
Seagate something or another 1TB HDD
WD black 1TB HDD
Cooler Master MWE GOLD 750 V2 PSU

3. I have tried the following so far:
- Reseating PSU cables into MOBO.
- Removing CMOS battery, waiting approx. 1 minute then reinserting.
- Removing and reinserting SATA cables.
- Reseating RAM.
- Reseating GPU.

Any ideas?

Is this a PC Specialist build?

If so, can you post your full spec (excluding Windows key / promo codes).

If not, we won't be able to help, and you'd need to ask on somewhere like Tom's Hardware forum.

Realised I missed a few earlier, is all amended now. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.
So when did these issues start occurring as I notice you've changed the case which is essentially a full system rebuild.

We need to know specific timelines and precursors, what changed, when.
There's too many factors here at play that leap out.

I rebuilt this thing ~1 year ago and has run flawlessly since. Earlier today, I was editing in Premiere Pro and both moniors went blank and sound stopped. I left it for ~5 minutes before forcing it off by holding the button. Ever since then powering it back up causes no display out and no lights on the keyboard. Internal RGB still gets power.

To be honest there are many things it could be.

There’s just so much changed it’s not really a PCS build anymore. It’s not something I can help with.
